I have a basket of worsted weight scraps.
Some of which I adore and do not want to part with entirely.
{sad, I know}
What to do?
Write a pattern!
Or rather, make a cool bunting banner and then write the pattern...
(See the top flag with Selah's Neverland? I adore that yarn ♥)
A great scrap busting project~ you can make as many flags as you need ~striped, dotted, solids, scrappy.. whatever your scrap hoarding heart desires. Then string them on a knitted i-cord and hang them any place you want to bring the party!
Embellish with duplicate stitch, embroidery, beads....
The 6 page PDF pattern includes two pages of template with alphabet and fun motifs for decorating.
I suggest just pinning on your letters so you can change them out for any event... or just a happy day!
The pattern is available in our Etsy Shop: Happy Day Bunting Pattern.
You can also find us on Ravelry: Happy Day Bunting Page by BTRT
Make a memory bunting of your favourite yarns.
Or send me a note about group pattern deals so you can do a flag swap with friends! ♥♥

oooh, I love it! I also have been making buntings. Many buntings! I would love to learn how to knit them. What beautiful gifts they would make.
Becca
All that yarn looks so yummy!!!
