I don't think it can get any better than rainbow and polka dots together... except if they are on a super twirly skirt! 'Rainbow Dots' is a new design in our twirl skirt line~ made in the Carousel pattern (a BTRT original). Each skirt is made with approx. 40 pieces of fabric, all pieced together and professionally finished with serged seams.
